Erin Lightfoot is an Australian ceramic studio creating jewellery and vases. The porcelain range brings together age old manufacturing techniques with modern design to create elegant objects that are both current yet timeless.
We created a marketing strategy focussed on wholesale sales growth. This required a total shake up of all channels, including manufacturing and production. We worked closely with the founder on outlining the sale objective and shuffling the business to accommodate a quarterly calendar. This required a substantial amount of work, with a totally new planning system introduced. The business is now forecasting ahead of their annual sales target, with an exceptionally promising year ahead.
