OUR FOUNDER
Meet Kim Mee Lee
Hi, Kim here. I’m the founder of Kit Media Lab. Funny story for you - the name of the agency was inspired by a TikTok video I saw. I had been stuck on the name of the agency for MONTHS before I saw a video with a character in it named ‘Kit’. I liked the play on words of flipping ‘media kit’ around and added ‘lab’ to give you some context for how we like to create strategies. Think of us as creative strategy scientists, formulating the perfect strategy for you in our lab.
My experience in retail and media has given me access to some of Australia’s most prominent retailers (you can stalk my Linkedin to see exactly who…) This experience has been invaluable in setting up the fundamentals of what actually works in a marketing strategy and how we can maximise your budgets to drive results.
I love working with clients and empowering them to understand how marketing works, in ways that are easy to understand. I don’t see the point in me using fancy marketing jargon if you don’t understand how it is going to drive results for your business. I’ve been on that side of the table before and really didn’t enjoy feeling like I didn’t understand the ins and outs of a strategy.
My hope is that by working with the Kit team, you are left feeling empowered about the marketing decisions you are making for your business, knowing that the advice being given to you is coming from a qualified retail marketer.
I also create content on TikTok and enjoy speaking directly to my community there about marketing strategies, as well as sharing a little more about my life.
